Deferred Shading Revised
Just looked at what progress has been made on the topic through Google. It amazes me, how many people who does not understand the topic at least on the basic level, but still talks from the "guru" standpoint. That's why I've decided to post my old article (back to 2004?) on the "stalker" rendering architecture which was published at GPU Gems 2.

It is great idea to publish that old article about X-Ray. But probably not only me but many other people would like to know more about improvements which you have made for Metro 2033 engine. Work with opacity, reflections, AA techniques etc. is very important and interesting topic.
